      Well, it's quite complex thing and the photo won't be moving anyway if you will upload it to Facebook or Instagram.

      Download the animated item and then upload it to your editing program. After that everything will be the same as you would do edit without animated item. When you save the file, save it in .webp or .gif format, so it would move. Please, let me know if it worked for you ;)

      Nothing to worry about two same comments. I deleted the unnecessary one. Yes, I am the one that does most of the posts at the moment. I mainly play on Lithuania version and my Lady name there is Eleonora (Level 94), but I do visit my lady on International version as well. Her name is Mazikeen Smith (Level 67).
